Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and original packaging.

Returns must be requested through the portal. Items sent back without a request will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, instructions and a return label will be provided.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to get a different item is to request a return through our returns portal and place a new order once your return is approved.

European Union 14 day cooling off period 

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
