I received the gym log yesterday and I used it immediately. Guys, if you have a goal, PR, cut, bulk, whatever, this is the best log for you. I was honestly impressed. I logged my calories for yesterday and today, as well as my workout today. It says it's made for 18 weeks of training, and I think it's even more than that. I also have to mention that it was excellently packaged.

I've just made my first shake in the Tritan Shaker and I'm honestly so impressed. I normally don't do reviews, but felt that I needed to for this!

I'm a collector of protein shakers and I've tried most of the designs out there. This is honestly my favourite.

I love the rugged design, the rubber grip is soft to the touch and grippy, it feels properly solid; I'm sure I could throw this around the gym and it would handle it. It's a great capacity without it being awkwardly long. The carry handle feels sturdy and the opening mechanism is smooth. I really appreciate the attention to detail with the lid as it clicks into place when you're drinking so it doesn't fall onto the bridge of your nose.

The spout is a good size and the little valve means you can chug your drink/shake.

I also love the addition of the measurements built into the rubber grip so it's really clear how much liquid is in it.

Overall it's just a great shaker and it will definitely become my new go-to. Given that it can handle hot drinks too I might even use it for coffee on the go!

I'll definitely be buying a couple of these as gifts for my friends who train, great job!
